I also use to goto Racket Work when Reg Hall owned it it always had fantastic service.
Since he has passed away the service has definitely changed but they are still very knowledgeable and are still fantastic at restringing rackets.
I still recommend people to go there but its not the same as before.
Very poor customer service. I use to go to Racket World. The friendly and personalised service and ability to negotiate prices was exceptional. The business has deteriorated significantly I was met by a staff who could only speak abruptly and made me feel uncomfortable about asking questions about possible strings for restringing. When I asked about when I could pick up my restrung racket staff said "I have got all these to do". I will now get all my restrings done by my local pro or someone I feel comfortable with.
