I am a professional life-coach with a life-long fascination about pregnancy, childbirth and motherhood.

As women we know first hand how our bodily experience is intimately connected to our emotional, relational and spiritual lives. Sadly, for an increasing number of contemporary Australian women, our reproductive lives have become complex and challenging on many levels. While contemporary western medical treatment can sometimes offer important life-saving and life-creating solutions, it can also leave us feeling emotionally bruised or bewildered.

If you are struggling to conceive, or if you are pregnant and feeling anxious about facing up to the challenges of childbirth and new motherhood, I can help you to dig deeper to discover the courageous, wise, loving mother within you.

Motherhood is a multi-dimensional experience which touches and changes our sense of ourselves on all levels - as physical, emotional, social/relational and spiritual beings. In my coaching work I encourage you to explore the multi-dimensional nature of the passage to motherhood, to touch base with your emotions and instincts as well as your thinking mind, and generally get the mind-body connection working in your favour so you can continue your journey with a renewed sense of integrity and self-determination.
