Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, the dishes presented are internationally inspired but all using fresh, local produce, and are accompanied by an extensive and sophisticated wine list from the well stocked bar. Every second and fourth Wednesday the hotel also presents live music acts, and One on 1 bar and Brassiere welcomes reservations.

Inner city hotel bar with all the swank you'd expect - stylish interior, attentive service, extra touches, prices high as you'd expect but with the odd surprise like an $8 house wine some days. It's comfy, it's tasty, you're treated well - if you walk in here wanting a good hotel bar experience I'd say you'll be happy.
Went there for my 2 year anniversry with my partner and loved it. Had a great city view, everything was immaculate and the staff all had a smile on their face.
its within a short walk to majority of the citys attractions. We went down to the harbour for dinner but the shops and movies were also only a short walk away..
Can't wait for my next stay.
