The dealings I had with this company were offensive and potentially scary. Your requirements are not a priority...more like not even on their radar. It is as if you are doing them a favour giving them your business...so don't. Ironically, I was inspired to spread the word by colleagues who shared their unfortunate experiences with this company. Singularly unprofessional.
We found this company to be beyond terrible. He was incredibly rude - abusing me over the phone several times because I was unable to collect the chairs according to his timetable, and telling me on numerous occasions that the work I had requested (simply covering some chairs in fabric) was a significant inconvenience for him. On top of this, the actual work done was not up to scratch. We didn't even have all our chairs covered because we were so appalled.
