Went there today for Mother's Day with some friends for coffee , my daughter had potatoe wedges, we found four hairs in the wedges, told one of the staff if I could speak to a management, who didn't come to see us, got a discount off the bill, the place has got very rundown not clean, the water jug was dirty, won't go there again
Absolutely disgraceful service and food. Seafood was past date, over cooked scallops, undercooked bug. tapas was disgusting. Eggplant dip was off or had too much vinegar or something. Vegetables were over pickled, calamari was soggy and cold when served. Best thing on the plate was the bread which was slightly burnt. On top of that they refused to refund for a meal we couldn't eat. I eat out a lot and they were unmoving and unremorseful for our bad experience. The rest of our group of 9 also had things wrong with their meal with no refund. I'm absolutely appalled and implore everyone to avoid this place like the plague
Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Staff were rude and made us feel like an inconvenience. Took 30 minutes to take our order. Food took an hour and a half to come and all we ordered was an omelette and two coffees. Omelette was under cooked on the inside and burnt on the outside. Coffees were both cold when arrived. Staff stood directly behind us, leaning on the back of our chairs, as we were eating as the cafe was busy and full. I do not recommend this place and I will never again eat there, which is a shame, as the set up is nice. Deserves zero stars and I would give negative amounts of stars if I could.
