We purchased a $49 Groupon voucher that stated what we would get was to the value of $119 and all the things included plus much more. Firstly and this is my fault I assumed that because they took the voucher number at the time of making the appointment that I wouldn't need the voucher stupidly obviously, however I did find a local place to print when advised that I would need it.
We were the first customers of the day and because of the voucher issue the hairdresser spent the first ten minutes stressing over it. I appreciate that you took the time to review your experience with this business- and in doing so have saved me and my $ from going down the same path 'again'.
