We got Railway Tiffin's takeaway menu in our letterbox so decided to try it one night. There's quite a bit to choose from and they also have some "Street Food" options. Must say that their takeawy menu is nicely set out and presented and also shows which dishes are "veg option", "gluten", "dairy" and "nuts". We chose the veg samosas, chicken Makhani (aka Butter Chicken) and the Railway Station Lamb Curry. The samosas were delicious. The lamb curry we asked for medium heat (thankfully we didn't order hot!) and was fairly tender aside from just one piece which was like chewy leather. But the Makhani was the highlight - generous pieces of tender chicken in a beautiful rich and creamy sauce which was not too runny and not too think - just right.
