its sad when the below reviews are previous customers that had landscaping done and we extremely happy with the job until they were asked to pay out the contract due to defaults made. Rain Irrigation and Right Landscapes offer excellent customer service and do fantastic jobs. Any problem brought to their attention is handled and dealt with in a professional manner and so that both parties are happy with the conclusion! Highly Rated!

I think I did mentioned about the nice and easy payment plans and a good landscaping done for us. But again I would say the same thing about paving done at our property was bad as I mentioned below. And it was sad they recalled funds before the term is up but I can understand their side in this case. They did handled it very nicely at last although they initially were rude and suggested me to beg and borrow to do the remaining payments when I said I was abroad and have to deal with this ones I am back in Australia.
Did not complete job as described on website. Poor correspondence . Does not reply to phone calls and emails sent to head office. I am a customer willing to pay for good work. But the work was poor, they came a day early and completed the job when no one was home to watch over them.
Ms Carter, I am sorry for your poor experience! We really thought we were being helpful by getting the guys onsite a day earlier than scheduled! We appologise for any negative experience you have had! As always we are happy to work with you to arrive at a suitable solution! We do ask that you bear in mind that you selected to have your front yard entirely graveled for parking - we did suggest paving but that was beyond your budget......
They had good offers, like interest free payments. But price they quote is obviously 20% more than the market price (there is no point saying interest free but can say easy monthly payments). Regarding quality of work, you are not supposed to say they did a faulty work. if you do say they tell you saying they will ask u to pay the amount in full or will go to with a legal action. Did 210m2 of paving which is bellow average quality when asked they said that's the way brick paving is done. lots of up and downs in the bricks. You have to ask everything like put the sand underneath and fill the gaps with white sand etc. the Bore line got busted the first day.
Seems you were always happy until we recalled your funds?? Further, you have poor quality irrigation in your front yard which was effected by the installation of a new bore, this is no fault of ours?? We are always happy to work together with you.
If you can prove that I skipped/missed any one of my repayment then I will pay you $25K again. Will you pay me all $25K which I spent on this job you did? This is an open challenge to you who ever commented to my review from Rain right. I will supply with all my bank statements to prove I didn't skip/miss a single payment. And I can also provide with emails I sent with pictures regarding the burst pipe. And you say I didn't claim the warranty? funny the way you want to reply to my comment made several months back.
