Rainbow Meats

I was back here again a few days ago in the area. Was hard not to missed all the large writing written all over their glass windows with the specials of the days. I purchased chicken nibbles for $2.99 a kilo and chicken drumsticks for also o$2.99 kilo. The service was very friendly, served by a young chap who was happily smiling and suggesting other products they had that we may not be aware off. The offer an extensive range of food, price wise some are competitive compared to the larger supermarkets other are on par. But would definitely prefer to support these guys over the large chain supermarkets anytime of the day!

I was here not to long ago to buy a some mince beef to make pasta. I requested for half a kilo but the lady serving me must have missed the half part and only heard a kilo. I didnt pay attention while paying but only realised when i got home that the docket said 1 kilo. The lady was nice serving me the whole time. We also ordered a few spicy sausages and the lady was helpful in reccomending which one was spicier between 2 different types of sausage. Rainbow meats offers a great range and selection of meat. Looking fresh and nicely presented. Given it is a big butcher it is good that Rainbow meat has a ticket system a there were a fair few people purchasing their meats.

Ive walked passed this store several times and that at Highpoint Shopping Centre and have not made any purchase as yet. Often glancing over some of the regular meat products Ive purchased in the past with other stores to do quick price comparison. I find the prices not as competitive compared to their neighboring competitors like Coles. The variety of what they have is a greater selection I need to agree, but again they must be offering something of great value and quality as there are always lots of customers shopping here. What I do like is the number of pre-marinated meat products, they look fresh and just prepared.
