Rainbow Nails

Would not have even given them the one star if there was an option for NO stars! Rude, terrible job on my nails, not at all professional, unskilled, not able to communicate effectively, don't take any notice of complaints, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! Absolutely disgusting customer service and horrible thick looking nails!! Within half an hour of getting them done I was having them removed at one of their competitors!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! An absolute waste of time and money and effort!!!!

Very poor service, the girl who did my nails was unpleasant and frankly rude. Shellac had to be re done, not evenly applied, some nails darker than others. My first visit to this salon............ and the last.

Shocker! had a pedicure and had my toe cut and it bled for two days. My shellac fingernails have big blobs of paint at the ends with gaps at the sides. Waste of money. Won't be back.

Terrible service, gossip and speak in their own language.

Not even worthy of half a star. This salon was the WORST I have ever been to. I don't think one of the staff members there are actually qualified and their health and safety practices are laughable. I'm surprised they've lasted a week without been shut down. I have given them 5+ chances, utterly disappointed EVERY time. Today was my last straw, I went in to get my acrylics taken off. They began using an old acrylic nail found on the bench to try and rip them off which was EXTREMELY painful. I then said I was going to walk out if they continued the way they were, so they then said they could soak them off but it would take too long (I was under no time frame so obviously too long for them) they soaked my nails for under a minute which did nothing and continued to try and flick them off again.
