Terrible service from my experience as a tenant, and from what our landlords said to us, as a landlord. I can only speak from a tenants perspective, though. We requested basic and urgent repairs in October, December, January, and February and as of April had not received them. Told that if we don't keep ringing them, nothing will get done, and that's our fault not theirs. The person doing the inspections was nonchalant about the house's lack of basic functionality and threw everything back in our faces. They do not care about their clients' experience. We have attempted to contact them about our situation but all responsibility gets turned over to others, with the lack of repairs usually blamed on the tradesmen, which we see as unfair to us and the tradesmen working for them. Bottom line- don't rent from them and don't let them handle your rental property, as they don't make enough money out of it to care.
