I agree with the previous comments rude bunch of people ive ever came across this realestate. And when you confront them they come up with all diffrent storirs and not a positive answer.

i am very unhappy with this real estate as i have been renting this property for over 3 years . i pay my rent a fortnight in advance . i was served a 90 day eviction notice for no grounds . and also received a 230 dollar water bill as i live by myself this is very unlikely . finding out the water meter they have billed me for supplies 2 properties and the second dwelling has its own meter which is supposed to be deducted from the main meter . i queried this with the real estate in question they said the will check the problem as i calculated out i owed 28 dollars in total . i contacted them back after a month and they said it was all sorted out . then i received a letter from them saying i was a week behind in rent as well . i contacted them to find out how this is possible they said they took out water out of my rent to pay the bill . i queried the figure low and behold i paid the full 230 dollars which was the total water supply for both residences and it was cunning spit up into 2 ...read more

I 100% agree with the previous comment,our rent has always been paid weekly for the last 6 months and now all of a sudden we are mysteriously behind in our rent as well and not to mention have has at least 6 water bills in the last 6 months.Also sick of getting new property managers every 3 to 6 months for the last 5 years weve lived here.Also no notification when they move addresses every 12 months or so.NOT HAPPY.
