abosultely shocking service - tried to sell our house through them we were such an inconveience to them, went elsewhere then they had a property we wanted rent from them - no communication AT ALL !!! I will be telling EVERYONE i know not to deal with them not to rent through them not to buy through them. You complain to the Principals and its clear where the rest of the staff get their attitude from. Principals DO NOT CARE either.
Raine and Horne Lithgow not recommendable at all, go elsewhere if at all possible - matter-of-fact and slow communication, poor service, rudeness and arrogant from the start. Seeking a renovation property, I was treated as an inconvenience throughout the buying process.
Very interested in commissions for the least work possible, it seems. I was not even met to view several properties.
Other agents in the town much more helpful and personable.
Not a pleasant experience with at all.
