Ask for a repair a year ago and they just turn up to the premises.The agent disappear without any notice and a creeper one turn up.They say they will give you a contract for another year. when you receive is in real for 6 months. Then they send you a letter saying you need to leave in 2 months ,they change their mind and they don't even call you.
Unreliable agents (rentals at least). Do not deal with them over the phone, do everything in writing and hand deliver. Never in over 25 years of renting in various suburbs and agents have I ever dealt with such attitude. Would not recommend them to anyone. Low rent to lure in then constantly raise rent significantly each year with no maintenance carried out. Various agents were informed often over 3 years. Over 3 years before something done about raining branches from a dead tree (not just small branches, mostly several metres long). Waterfalls along the complete windows in 2 bedrooms of a 3 bedroom house as well as 1 in the middle of the laundry - over a 5 year period with constant notifications, the only thing done was 4 lots of quotes from different plumbers years apart all saying the same thing, but still nothing done. Such a terrible real estate agency to deal with! We contacted them several times during winter about the heater not working in the house we were renting and they did nothing about it, did not even contact the landlord ("Oh, yes, we'll get right on that. Should be fixed soon"). After at least ten phone calls, they finally contacted the landlord and they refused to get a person to look at it.
They care very little for tenants! Beware!
Highly recommend WOODS , great sales team and reasonable fees , Plus we didn't get charged anything for advertising and they have a "NO SALE, NO FEES " policy. And they don't bring "tyre kickers " through our home only genuine buyers. Sold a rental property through them a couple of years ago and we had a sale in 2 weeks , this time they are just as professional and amazingly their fees are lower now than a few years ago .
