As a landlord dealing with Raine and Horne Sunbury, I do NOT recommend this agency. I suggest you to research and engage any other agency instead. Beware!
Property managers change every 6 months. Those "managers" that are assigned are totally incompetent, not having any knowledge in managing properties and how to deal with clients or tenants. Its a complete waste of time to get anything done and you will be charged for no service whatsoever or will be constantly doing follow-ups yourself to get anything organised. If you raise an issue higher up, no one cares or does anything about. Raine and Horne Sunbury is like a real estate mob!
I have lodged a complaint with ACCC and Consumer Affairs Victoria, so they could investigate the practices at this company.
Raine and Horne Sunbury shame on you!!!
