Having used Matt, and the team at Ram Automotive for a long time now.
My opinion is based upon credibility.
Ram's policy is Safety and Quality. Which has always been given.
My last several vehicles have been serviced, repaired(as required) and inspected for road worthy have not failed me.
These guys work hard for me. And undoubtedly for every one.
Having been a retired mechanic i know this.
If you need the truth, and competence see these guys. No hesitations in saying go there.

My car needed a QLD safety certificate to extend it's NSW rego. The staff at Ram Automotive, inspected it and listed a page of issues. Saying that my car needed to be towed due to the extremity of these issues. The staff emphasised that as my car is a danger to myself and others, and to tow it or leave it for repair is my only option.

I took my car to another shop. My car needed one tyre (which I knew) and that was all.

I would encourage anyone considering Ram Automotive, for anything as minor as an inspection to rethink it. I saved time, money, much lip service by choosing elsewhere.
