Ramen ninja !!!
Located in the food court of Sussex Centre this ramen shop is hidden at the far corner.
We ordered the Jumbo ramen and the truffle ramen. Both were awesome, i loved the truffle ramen! The stock and truffle flavour tasted pretty good ... Loved the ribs on the mega ramen .... Slurp slurp .....
Until next time ... Keep eating!!!!
Actually, I'm a fan. I like the fast service, and the larger portion sizes for one. The no MSG concept is also always welcome. Probably the best ramen in Sydney right now. The $28 pork rib ramen is massive, and worth the challenge. Every bit of that pork is sweet and tender, and cooked to perfection. I cannot describe more other than you must try it! There's obviously the other less expensive choices and they are also excellent. The bamboo shoots are crisp and fresh; wood-ear mushroom is sweet and crunchy; and the soup is perfect. Been here nearly 8 times in the last 6 mths. Must try.
