RAMS advertise a 24 to 48 hour service turnaround time. It took over a month to get a result despite constant follow up phone calls and emails. Unfortunately the result was negative for a reason which should have been obvious to them. The potential problem was disclosed to them upfront and could have been mitigated weeks ago. My experience has been one of poor service.
