They're all set to give you a mortgage, they reduce the interest rate cuts by the full discount when they occur by the Reserve Bank but try getting a Discharge of Mortgage document through to them when you want to refinance with another lender!!! First copy got lost in the mail, the second copy was an email that they never apparently received, the third time was successful when I had to spend 45 minutes on the phone to organise another DoM form and ensure if would be received. Rams set us back two months, housing prices sky rocketed in this time frame by $100k and our second investment property will now be put on hold till the market falls!!
