We received notification from our electricity supplier that power was to be cut off to our business on a weekday for up to 4 hours. We contacted Randall’s to help us with a solution to keep power to our site, so we could continue to trade during the shutdown. The team at Randall’s did an outstanding job. They inspected our site a week before, gave us their detailed proposal to allow us to commence business at 6AM and finish the day at 6PM. What that meant was, the generator was delivered the day before the shutdown, our electrician Dan was onsite that afternoon to orientate himself and make sure he was organised for the next day. On the day of the job, Dan and an apprentice were onsite at 4.30AM, and had us up and running by 6AM. They were back on site at 5.45PM to switch us back to the mains after we’d finished for the day at 6PM. Well planned and very well executed, awesome job guys!
Just writing to express my sincere thanks to the team at Randall Electrics & Trade Services.
Our technican, Daniel, was not only right on time, but he did a fantastic job. Not to mention that he took the time to explain a number of critical details relating to prior work from another, less scrupulous organisation that was both defective and potentially dangerous.

Awful, had no idea, did not have the right test equipment for the job, and thought that RCD tripping could be done with a test lamp which is not permitted in AS3017 or AS3760. This bunch are cowboys...

We do not have any records of ever doing a job under your name.
None of our electricians own "Test Lamps", they all have current digital test equipment and have done for many years.
We believe you may be confusing us with a different company, although if you believe it was one of our workers please give us a call on 1300 045 103 as this would need to dealt with straight away.
The first electrician was sent out twice, and was unable to diagnose a simple problem with our oven (element needed replacing as it had blown). This is because electrician's method of diagnosis was to turn the oven on and stick the hand in - not very professional. We contacted Randall at the beginning of March to fix our oven, and now in June it has finally been fixed. At first the head office were friendly, apologetic and helpful - but when it came time to settle final costs they were rude. They had originally agreed to credit the cost of postage for parts (I had to order the oven parts because they refused to - the first time I was told the wrong part needed replacing, so I had to send it back and get a different one), and the cost of having another electrician to come out and diagnose the problem after their own electrician proved to be incompetent.
