I have been coming to this laundromat for 5years. I look forward to coming in on a weekly basis!! Sometimes I forget about my laundry because we get stuck talking about life! This is the best place to go for your laundry services, not only are shamy and John both welcoming, loving and friendly, you get the feeling you are at home. I absolutely love this place and will continue coming here even if i move out of the area. see you this weekend :-)
DO NOT GOTO THIS PLACE!!! I wore this beautiful lilac dress to a ball and it got understandably dirty from dragging on the floor, dancing and having a fun night. I went to Randwick Avoca Laundry out of connivence to where it is located to my home. The dress I gave was minimally dirty on the hem and had no other stains on the dress and was quoted a price for said stain. But when i got it back there was bleach marks and stains on the front of the dress that was not there before and can be noticeably seen. My mother and I made them aware of this initially upon pick up and where treated like dimensia patients stating 'that we were crazy' and that 'we were liars'. I just wanted my dress back and not to be treated like vermin. They have an Australian flag in their window, and Australia is meant to be known for giving everyone a 'fair go', this is not how Australians treat other Australian, no matter ethnicity or spirituality. DO NOT GOTO THIS PLACE!!!
