i had my car inspected for a pink slip prior to the easter holidays and they gave me 2 things that needed to be fixed. the bushing and the sprinkler, which they quoted me a ridiculous amount of $860. i didn't go through it coz I knew its a rip off so I bought the parts myself for only $250. meaning, their labor is worth $610?! are you kidding me?! are they doctors or something?! it didn't end there. so, it took a while for me to get my car fixed coz the parts had to be ordered and the easter long weekend was approaching. Though on their website, it states they were open on Saturday, 31/3 but they were closed. I didn't have a choice but to go back on the tuesday. When I arrived, they checked and said its all good but when they logged in to the system, I am just shy of 1 day of the 14 day policy. If your anything like us, a 6 monthly service also acts as the 2 times a year the car is actually cleaned. They do a good job servicing the car and will call and talk you through any work that needs to be done.

These guys are awesome. Vik talks you through any repairs and makes sure you know what's vital and what can wait if your budget is a bit stretched. My car is not only running so much better now after the work they did, I walked straight past it the other day because they had done such a beautiful job cleaning and polishing it and even taken off the manky old parking permit I've been meaning to get rid of for five years!! I actually didn't recognise it. Great job, great service and as you can see from the pics they're all easy on the eye which never hurts.

I have taken my car to these guys for the last 3 years. They have never treated me like most 'as a lady' and have never charged me for more than actually needed to be done. Really happy I don't have to worry each time I take my car in!
