Highly unpleasant experience here. I took in some expensive shoes ($300) for a new heel. Staff was busy, so they took them from me quickly and said "yeah yeah yeah, I know what you want" and I felt fobbed off. when I came and picked them up I barely recognised them. The heel was not the kind I asked for, it was too high, and I asked specifically for something before they fobbed me off. The whole time it was their fault for being slapdash in the first place. I paid in full, they offered no apology or discount, and it was plainly their mistake. Don't go here!
