Range Ford

Had a very bad experience with service department. Booked my car keys to be programmed at cost of $300. Got call after 2 hours that keys are faulty and can not be programmed. Went to pick up my car and discovered that they still charged me $300 for the job that was not done. They blamed me that i provided them with faulty keys. My argument was you can charge a small fee associated to testing but they were not willing to listen.
Very disappointed the way I got treated. Would never recommend to any one.

This dealership is great, and I can not fault the service I received from them, in particular, Russell. He was an honest, genuine and brilliant person to deal with. I could not recommend him more than I do for all that he did for me to get me into my new Focus RS. Thanks Russell, you're an absolute champion.

Exceptional service from Service Manager David this morning. Located and fitting missing retaining screw on my wife’s Focus Auto gear handle for free. I was quoted $900 plus fitting for complete gear shift assembly from another ford dealership’s parts manager who, when advised of the result from Range Ford simply said: I am not a mechanic, duh! Well done Range Ford.

I bought a Ford Focus in Aug 2012 from these guys and they have been among the easiest that I have dealt with. Their follow up to my requests (such as switching from sedan to a hatch after signing the contract) was pretty good. The only issue I had was missing floor mats when I went to pick up my car, but they sorted it out the next working day.
