The menu has a large variety of seafood, lamb, chicken, beef and curries to select from. It also offers Halal and vegetarian options. The quality of the food and service is consistently good. This is a very good venue for formal functions.

I did enjoy my meal here, there's lots to choose from. Parking outside on Alexander street, free at night in nearby council car parks. Don't expect Burmese food, the name is confusing...the food is Indian and the decor makes you think you're dining at the home of an English lord living in India. Lamb dish was particularly good, and a biryani is always a winner. Not the cheapest Indian feed, but it's a good night out.
I have been to the restaurant several times. The food is great. I would suggest not to come on a daily deal, though. They really treated us like second-class citizens - refused to wrap up our left-over curry because we were on a deal (opting instead to toss it into the garbage, I guess). They'll lost a good customer who used to tell lots of people how great this place is. A valuable marketing lesson...
