Totally disgusted, I bought 12 keyrings $144 worth. All of them look like a 4 year old child picked up an engraver and got to work. No refund, no redoing the job, I have the receipt and was told there is nothing wrong with t hem. I showed them to at least 10 people in the centre including mister minit and everyone said disgusting work and ge a refund.
Now being a disablity pensioner I have wasted $144, ripped of chronically.
I would never ever again reccomend anyone to go to this store, My business is going to Mister minit from now on.
You have lost a long term customer, 18 years of shopping with you is now over.
Customer came in to get a quote because of quantity she was given nearly a 40% discount. She asked for them to be done in a particular way which they were. Once the order was complete she was very happy with the work and happily paid for them. It wasn't until a week later she came back and said she didn't want them and wanted a full refund. The only reason I can think of why she came back was she may have had a price cheaper after the job was done but l can't say for sure. All l know is she was very happy with the job on the day and paid for them with no complaints.
