Rapsimo

I had my wedding dress made by Rapsimo Bridal.

They were nice on the first meeting and once they had my money they were outright rude and horrible. They were telling me that the the things i wanted with my gown would not go with 'their dress'. They were even rude to my relatives when they came for fittings.

In the end the final product was horrible. Poor quality and appears to be unfinished in places. They never informed me to take the dress out the bag when i got it home so it was all crumbled on my wedding day and there were even large drawing pins left in the underarms which could of easily damaged myself or my wedding guests.

Over all there are by far better dress makes in Adelaide where you WILL get a far better service than what I experience at Rapsimo. If you are considering this store please think again.

I had my wedding dress made through Rapsimo Bridal this year and whilst there is no denying that in the end my dress was absolutely stunning and I completely loved it the overall experience with Rapsimo was terrible. Staff was rude and gave the impressive that having a dress made by her was privilege although I was spending a lot of money there to have it made. When singing up to have the dress made she gave the impression of being flexible (when it came to details such as fabrics etc) but was very rigid when it actually came to making changes along the way and didn't seem to care a lot about whether I loved the dress or not. The whole process felt like an uphill battle and caused a lot of undue stress. It was mroe about what was cheap and easy for her and what she wanted not what I wanted. Very rude and unprofessional , nice dresses but made to feel uncomfortable. would recommend other stores over visiting this one .
