I'm Carolyn, a holistic relaxation massage therapist for women based in Ascot Park, Adelaide.

My massage and bodywork is designed to alleviate stress & tension, lower anxiety, improve your quality of sleep, relieve aching muscles, and provide caring hands during emotional times and life changes when self care and nurturing are especially important.

My massage is a fusion of deep relaxation, lomi lomi, aromatherapy and hot stones. It is recommended for those with stress, anxiety and tension, neck, shoulder and back pain, poor circulation, arthritic pain, insomnia, and depression. It is a very grounding massage, and depending on your needs on the day, can be therapeutic or simply deeply relaxing and blissful.
