My experience with Ray White Bursmac is extremely dissapointing. On every call they are extremely rude, dont seem to want your business, and always seem to be arguing amoungst themselves.
I expressed my concern and I was shutdown, rudly and abuptly told to wait until they find out who is supposed to deal with me. I compalined about the terrible service and communications with property related information and they almost abused me not wanting my business and said it a staffing issue. Thats no excuse for being ruse and abusive to customers and clients.
I had to write this as this seems to be the norm for them.
They dont appologise for anything and mix up appointment, listings and other related informations.
I highly recommend you DONT use this partcular office and see another Ray white elsewhere.
I have only complained about three businesses in my life and this is one of them.
I was very happy with the service at Bursmac Ray White, the are very friendly & were able to help me with any questions or queries I had regarding the sale of my property. It sold very quickly thanks to the professionalism & dedication to their job. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm to anyone looking to sell their home.
The real estate agent I dealt with was hardly helpful. Just about every enquiry I made was ignored or reflected back to me (do it yourself!). I also took offence at the seemingly sexist attitude. I was actually requested via email to ask my male partner to contact the real estate agent. The issue at hand turned out to be something I dealt with in the end (after the request being relayed to me from my partner). Why was I not asked directly? In fact, why did the real estate always choose to deal with my partner over me (even though I am the organisational force in the relationship)? I'm glad our dealings with this real estate agent are over.
