Ray White Dulwich Hill
The suburb takes its name from the area of Dulwich in London. The name Dulwich Hill appears in Sand's Directory of 1892. It had been known by several different names prior to this. This is the worst real estate agency in Sydney. I have never come across more rude and unprofessional staff. They appear to have no concept of manners or common courtesy. Everything you ask appears to be an effort for staff and just too difficult so responses to emails are shockingly rude.

However, they can\'t take all of the blame because I have tried to go around them and deal with other members of the team and they all have the same indifferent, careless, lazy and unprofessional attitude. I gave them permission to set up a direct debit from my account for the rent- they set it up as taking one week\'s rent out fortnightly and then sent me angry letters because I was behind on my rent and then were completely confused when I explained their mistake. They then tried to hit me up for an extra week\'s rent- turns out they had bent the rules by giving me the keys early so they had recorded that my lease began a week earlier than it did. No maintenance has been done to this ...read more

I am suprised that this has occurred, as we do have systems in place to head off these type of issues, but there is always room for improvement and your feedback is essential.
