Agents here get you to sign contracts with no possible way of seeing them through. Tenants moving out in August so we sign a contract to purchase, tenants actually contracted until October. Ring a bell A.S Good job we asked for a 24 hr finance extension because the owner terminated. Coincidence???? Or did the agents even consult the owner. $3000 down and Bitter?? No!! We then moved to the Sunshine Coast, life has its way!!!

Both your own solicitors and the sellers solicitors have both confirmed that the contract was terminated under the finance clause. You were not able to obtain finance by the due date.
The outcome of your finance application was not within our control, nor was the sellers decision to terminate the contract due to your failure to adhere to the contract timeframes.
It is disappointing that you have chosen to post these comments, however we understand that you yourself are very unhappy that you were unable to secure the purchase of a home that you wanted.
Don't rent through Ray white mango hill
I have been renting through Ray white mango hill and have lost all trust in them and future rentals, we moved in at rental 15/10-16 and when we took over everything was so dirty and greasy, and when I tried to give the floor tiles a scrub they actually changed color,oven ,range hood and dishwasher so greasy I was feeling sick.
I newly arrived to this country and so happy to be accepted in to a rental in the area I wished for, happily told them I would clean it myself( thinking they would remember it), we made our inspection report and found so many things they had not taken notice of, that we actually talked about if they ever had been there,we found old x-rays and suitcase tacs with names from renters before former ...read more

I had a bad experience with ray white Mango Hill, They never replied to my emails promptly nor responded to my phone calls.
Will not recommend anyone to rent form these agents.

I had the worst experience renting a property through Ray White North Lakes. Had to continually email and ask for the security screen to be fixed on the front door as it wouldn't open. 6 months of no action and I eventually gave notice to break my lease and the next day they had a locksmith come to fix the door. I gave almost 3 months notice to vacate the property and the property management 'forgot' to advertise so they hadn't found anyone to take the lease on in time.
Communication skills are SHOCKING! Emails are never replied to, phone calls don't get returned and they are generally just ordinary property management. I definitely wouldn't want them managing an investment property for me.
We are disappointed you have posted these comments as we worked hard to source a new tenant urgently, when you decided to break your lease.
We know it was frustrating to wait for the builder to repair the screen, yet you were always kept advised & the timing of the repair was out of our control & was coincidental.

Thanks for your reply Darren, although you could have provide your reply to either of my emails that were sent months ago or maybe returned my phone calls. I will most definitely look into the complaints procedure as I have a copy of the emails regarding the advertisement of the property to confirm that I am being truthful which is more than I can say for you guys. I was very happy with the outcome of the RTA dispute process and I'm glad the matter has been finalised but given the opportunity to provide a review has been provided, I have exercised my right to provide my honest review of the property management process at Ray white north lakes.
On choosing a Property Manager for my 3 properties I wanted an "on the ball team" that would be dedicated to providing top service in the management of my portfolio.
