This company is nothing but terrible. We are currently renting through Ray White Reservoir and it is for sure the worst renting experience of our lives. After you sign a contract with them everything changes, they do not take responsibility and are so disrespectful and rude staff ever. I never never never in my entire life would recommend this horrible company. Can't wait for this leasing to finish! It is a complete nightmare!
Hi Paris19, I have had the same unfortunate experience with them. They didn't ever want to fix anything. And they were always on my back to sign a form allowing them access to my bank account to withdraw their rent, plus they wanted to charge me for that. I have heard too many horror stories to give a Real Estate Agent access to my bank account, so i always paid cash in the office. A word of warning, when it's time to move out, they will try to get you to sign a blank Bond Release form. On no account don't sign it unless it has your full bond in the Pay Tenant box, assuming you haven't damaged the place. And be sure you take a copy away with you as well.
