Ray White

I had numerous very bad experiences with Ray White Arundel. 'Dot' was the agent dealing with us, we had things like random people going through the house without notice because they mixed up places they were supposed to be showing, so we are at home in bed and strangers come bursting through the door!! as well as several other very bad experiences.when we went to leave, Dot was rude and aggressive, trying to make us pay for previous temants damage. She sent nasty emails harrassing us, untill I went to the RTA and got legal action-then she released our bond back immediatly no questions, avoiding further action. There was no need for the way they dealt with us, totally un-called for, and they weren't so nasty as soon as we got the RTA involved as they knew they were in the wrong. Avoid!!!

Used them to rent our house. Minimal communication with us despite multiple phone calls and emails. Problems with tenants not communicated to us until things got out of hand. They have also changed their rental agents twice in 8 months (and only informed us that someone else was looking after our property 1.5 months after!) Current rental agent has little idea about current rules regarding rental properties, forwarding us questions that another agent would have resolved without us needing to get involved! Will NEVER use them again.
