They don't even deserve that half star. The spin they give you about you being valued and all that isn't even worth the paper it's written on. All they about is a quick sale before xmas. The place we had up for sale got two measly inspections and they harangued us into selling the place in a hurry and below what we wanted to - even we said that we were in no hurry to sell before year's end. One of the agent's many reasons was that the difference of $3000 is very small. Ha! I'd like to see the agent's wipe off $3000 from the agent's fees. NEVER WILL USE THIS AGENT AGAIN AND DEFINITELY RECOMMEND YOU STEER CLEAR OF THEM!
