Terrible customer service from start to end of tenancy. Even 'forgot' to process our bond when we left. They are truly incompetent and can't seem to be able to communicate with each other. No point reporting any problems as they just say they will get back to you and they never do. I can't actually believe how bad they are!! Treat renters like rubbish, seriously don't bother renting with this terrible agency!!!!
