Ray White

This was the first agency we chose to manage our rental property and were very naive to say the least. We made the mistake of assuming the Ray White brand was a trusted name in real estate be it sales or rental property management. We therefore assumed that they were looking after our property in the same way they promised during our initial consultation. Things became so bad that we eventually had to terminate our contract with Ray White Everton Park in order for us to gain control of our property. Although the property manager at the time was very apologetic for us being let down by her rental staff the Principal was out rightly rude unapologetic when we took our complaints to the top.
