When you pay $2,833 for a week in Kiama you would expect to have hot water - yes? Well don't hold your breath at Bonnyview on Antrim (nothing Bonny about it) listed by Ray White Kiama ... two days with cold water showers and the agents response and owners response - no 'good will return of two days rent' because we availed ourselves of their luxury accommodation. What the? The Holiday Rental house listed by Ray White Kiama is extremely DIRTY, DUSTY and OUT-DATED. It isn't maintained and properly cared for. The real estate and owners have no sense of duty of care and understanding of basic cleanliness.
