We own several properties and thought we'd give this agent a test drive...
We engaged them to manage one property for us, well!!! I'm glad it was only for a short period as they had very bad communication channels taking days to return our calls, an abrupt, rude and at times aggressive property manager and the charges!!! Holy smokes they wanted $66 for an end of year statement.
They obviously missed the “customer service” training of their licence.
