Absolutey disgusting place. Buyers and sellers beware. Unfortunately can't give less then a half star. Horrible to deal with. Stay away from rate your agent/real estate sites, they are paid for by members. Stand your ground on what you think your property is worth. Do not sign long contracts, do not be conditioned into thinking your property is worth alot less then what it actually is. Stand your ground don't let them ware you down. It's called conditioning and they are trained to do this and then claim when sold at higher prices they did they work to achieve this when you knew in the first place your property was worth this. Crazy disgusting way of working. Also make sure your agent treats you decent and does not talk down to you. I had a feeling after my first meeting and I should have stuck with my first instinct. Interview, interview, interview until you get the respect you deserve.
I'm a real estate agent and it's sad to see or hear clients going through these things.
