After getting an appraisal with a variation of 20% which included mostly incorrect information about my house, I soon worked out that this agency operates on their own "memory" which was pretty bad. They are not in touch with the modern day and age , do not return calls when they say they will and seem to have a very aged work force yet they are trying to get you to sign up to expensive advertising. Called me by a different name 4 times and then when I said I would be listing with someone else had the hide to put that agency down. Also appraised a rental property I owned at $120 a week less than the other agency ended up renting it for me, after telling me it was " not achievable" so much for experts in their field. Would never use them unless I was trying to get a capital loss

I recently called this agency to enquire about a property that I had applied for that was rented prior to my being able to view the property. After being left on hold for several minutes, I was told that it had been rented that morning, I said that was ok and asked if there was anything else. I was put on to another agent who started to explain that the property had been rented because there had been an inspection last week, I mentioned that I understood that and was simply asking if there were any other properties available. The agent mentioned one other address and inspection time.
