If they sell your property, at the price you want, they will be "the best agent you've ever dealt with", like you can read on the Ray White review site (!). Now, after talking to several disgruntled clients of Gabe like we are -& for numerous 'good reasons'!-, you WILL NOT RECOMMEND Ray White Saratoga to ANYONE, or you will be taking a MASSIVE risk by listing your property with this bunch, please take my word, their performance was absolutely 'abysmal' with us, truly 'pathetic' as a matter of fact...
My experience with this agent has been disappointing, they managed our property in Saratoga and they where very rude to me on the phone after an inspection. Also they had no property management assigned to my home. We asked for an inspection after information and received of some lease breaches. When the agent went down there was no sign of the breach. They then proceeded to be very rude on the phone when I claimed that possibly it was because it was a planned inspection and we had performed work at the property under maintenance and had seen the breach in question.
Which is fine that what inspections are for but the agent was so rude over the phone. Not what you want from an agent managing your property you need communication not rudeness.
