Ray White

We have had nothing but ongoing problems since the day we moved into one of their houses. We didn't even have keys for 4 weeks, just a garage remote. Nothing works, we don't even have a working oven! we have ants, roach's and rats. Our hot water system leaks non stop. Our babies are checked and changed hourly when we actually want to be in this dump as they get ants and sometimes roach's in their clothes. You cannot even sit in one spot for longer than 2 minutes in any area of the house without being bitten or having ants crawl all over you. I do not have one nice comment about them to share. Nothing is fixed or maintained, no-one takes responsibility for any of their actions and yet all they say is where is the rent! They cannot add up rent days and amounts of rent..

Not once have I ever been late with my rent, yet each week I receive a text message telling me that my rent payment is late, this week I received a message saying that I hadn't payed at all. I have all my receipts to prove otherwise. I have many problems with my home that have not been repaired, half of wich have been an issue since the beginning of my lease nearly twelve months ago. Ray white are so unorganized its frustrating. My receipts say I have $350 credits when I haven't payed them any extra. I don't have a nice word to say about ray white upper coomera, save yourself a lot of headache and don't go through them. As soon as my lease is finished so is my relationship with ray white
