Ray White

Rented a property for 1.5 years from Ray White Werribee. When we were moving out, Ray White Werribee let new tenants in before an end of our paid lease term without our consent. When I tried to get the bond and part of the lease back, things turned ugly, so it took about 2 months, VCAT hearing and an intervention from Ray White head office to get my bond in full and what they owned me. Do not recommend.

I would never recommended nor rent through ray white Werribee again.
We did a lease transfer and were told that we would get the rent money owed to us back from ray white so I never asked the new tenants for the money, once the tenants moved in ray white told me it wasn’t their problem and that I had to get it from the new tenants $700 down the drain. We moved into another property with ray white Werribee. We had been asking for them to send out pest control multiple times due to have white tails (more than 20 babies in the one room) that never happened mind you I have a young son they never returned emails, phone calls or messages regarding it.

Lovely experience with all the staff at Ray White Werribee. 5 stars!

Just a rental property through ray white werribee, we got the key today and the house not even clean. The house still has all the rubbish in the garage, there are so many ants in the house, the bins outside are totally full, garden low maintenance but full of weeds. Very dissatisfied with the service and excuses.

WE BOUGHT A PROPERTY THROUGH RAYWHITE WERRIBE SUBJECT TO SALE OF OUR HOUSE BY RAYWHITE WERRIBEE. WHEN OUR HOUSE DIDNT SELL STAFF TOLD US WE HAD BEEN GRANDTED ONE MORE MOTH. MY CONVENYANCER HADNT DONE THE PAPER WORK AND A WEEK LATER THEY TOLD US THAT THEY WOULD TAKE OUR BIG DEPOSIT BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY NEVER AGREED TO ONE MONTH EXTENSION. RAYWHITE WERRIBEE INSISTED THAT THEY HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IT.. ITS ALL OUR CONVEYANCERS FAULT FOR NOT DOING PAPER WORK. ANYHOW GOT OUR MONEY BACK IN THE END. I WAS VERY DISSAPONTED WITH THEIR ATTIUDE AND RUDENSS TRHOUGHOUR ALL THESE AND DECIDED TO PAY THEIR ADVERTISEING FEES AND SELL MY HOUSE WITH ANOTHER AGENT.
