Raymond's Framing

We've had all our framing work done there for years. Prices were/are a bit dearer than elsewhere, but we were always very happy with the quality. Recently though we feel that the price discrepancies have reached a point where we can no longer justify taking our pictures there. Also, smaller jobs are not welcome and the friendliness and customer focus has gone.

We have been using Raymond's for framing for years. Excellent quality. Prices are great for a quality product that lasts. I know many artists and art studios that would only go to Raymond's. I have been very happy every time. I would highly recommend.

Framing=beautiful. Finished when they said they would=great. Charging me a much higher price than quoting me=Unfortunately yes. About $10-15 (I had 4 done) more per picture. When I mentioned that I was charged more than we originally discussed, they threw $15 on the table and acted like thet did me a big favour. Too bad as I won't be using my neighbourhood framer anymore. Maybe framing and customer service aren't part of the same picture.
