We've had all our framing work done there for years. Prices were/are a bit dearer than elsewhere, but we were always very happy with the quality. Recently though we feel that the price discrepancies have reached a point where we can no longer justify taking our pictures there. Also, smaller jobs are not welcome and the friendliness and customer focus has gone.
Framing=beautiful. Finished when they said they would=great. Charging me a much higher price than quoting me=Unfortunately yes. About $10-15 (I had 4 done) more per picture. When I mentioned that I was charged more than we originally discussed, they threw $15 on the table and acted like thet did me a big favour. Too bad as I won't be using my neighbourhood framer anymore. Maybe framing and customer service aren't part of the same picture.
