Absolutely disgusting service at the front desk today at this centre. While I was waiting at the desk, the reception staff was on the phone and didn't notice who was in line next. Then when they asked who was next, I came forward and judged me by my appearance with condescending comments that suggested that I had pushed in (I had not and the lady next to me had acknowledged this to me). When they asked for my referral letter, I told them that someone was on the way with it at that moment as I realised before I arrived that I didn't have it with me. They spoke to me like I was an idiot and said "you must have it as it's a legal document so I can't do anything until you have it!".

Never been treated better, the staff are really efficient and caring, place is kept spotless, congratulations guys.

I had an appointment earlier this morning and left one hour early as I knew the traffic was bad. I was late by 2 minutes and told the receptionist that i was late. The receptionist got my details and told me to take a seat. At this point only one person was ahead of me. After a 20 minute wait, 3 radiologists appeared and 3 people went in ahead of me. I went to the receptionist and asked why 3 people had gone in ahead of me when their appointments were AFTER MINE and all I recieved for a reply was "aaaah uuuum". Please don't use the excuse different xrays take longer. 3 radiologists and I'm ignored. No thanks, if you cannot service the clients in an efficient, then shut your doors. Here's what I think, there is no excuse for poor service and the old "computer" excuse doesnt work. Staff are inefficient and poorly trained. One receptionist I witnessed was having problems finding the file icon on their monitor and didnt know how to do the appointments yet, this ...read more
