imagine paying someone to complete a job, but they leave it an absolute mess and you can't access your front door. then they go missing and become uncontactable and leave you in a position where you then need to pay another person to fix the mess and redo it, but no one will touch it as its that bad of a job.
So far ive had to pay almost $2k to get it removed and I still need to pay even more to get it redone. Not only do I need to get my concrete redone, he didn't protect the surrounding home exterior, like my newly done render, brand new windows and custom front door. it is covered in epoxy resin, it is going to cost thousands to have to clean up the mess he has left behind.
He also deletes all negative feedback from his Facebook page and any comments to try and hide the fact that he is beyond terrible.
This guy has made a mess of our home exterior and has now conveniently gone MIA.
Bubbles all over the place, dried up acid patches, our entire front porch area is completely unusable because he didn’t let it dry in between coats so it hasn’t dried properly and you can’t walk on it.
Anyone who comes to our front door ends up with sticky sealer (that you can’t get off) all over the soles of their shoes.
Paint all over our front door, window and home exterior.
This guy is happy to take your money, leave it a complete mess and then run.
Extremely poor workmanship and now we are left to somehow fix it ourselves and clean up the mess left behind.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I hired Rhys from RB Concrete Sealing to epoxy my concrete, but the job was poorly done. Despite full payment, communication was blocked, and they never returned to fix the subpar work. Disappointing experience with no resolution. Rhys will also delete any bad comments or reviews posted to his Facebook to make it look like he does half decent work, DO NOT fall victim to this like I did.
