I thought I would give this salon a go as I live at Hope Island. I also have had an injury to my head which requires to be gentle. All the ladies are so caring and my hairdresser Olivia is so wonderful to me she explains everything to me she is so passsionate about hair. This is the best hairdressers I have ever been to. Everyone is wonderful I can walk in feeling yuck and leave like a princess, thank you Rhonda and ladies I cannot say enough about you.

I was in need of a serious haircut, but more importantly of a bit of a pamper. So off I went to RB hair in Hope Island. I was very much looking forward to sitting down and enjoy a glass of water or a cuppa. My hairdresser acknowledged me after standing at the front corner for over 10' with no smile or welcome or anything. Sat me down at a very dirty section of the salon, hair freshly cut on the ground and all over the chair. No consultation whatsoever, straight to the basin. No questions asked if the temperature was ok or anything. Back to the chair and the very poor service continues. My haircut's finishing is shocking, I still have longish bits in the nape area and asked a mate to do the finishing for me. When I asked the stylist to do some point cutting, and said : 'no, I'll slice into instead' knowing I was a hairdresser! I thought being my first visit they would have tried a bit harder. Rb Hair studio is a great friendly place to get your hair cut. I have followed them from Coomera waters to hope island, these professionals know how to cut, style, colour and be polite. So many places gossip, are rude but this is truly the best place i have been. Thanks
