i have been an online shopper for a few years now and this store sounds very good to me
this is 5th time that i purchased something from them and seem no trouble till now.
prompt response, nice and safe package. las time got the goods with ice pak which make me more impressed. normally most of the shops doesn't do this.

I purchased a product online and received and email the same day stating they were out of stock. They asked if I wanted to exchange the product or receive a full refund. I chose full refund. 2 weeks later. It was still not received. I made contact and was told it was being escalated to the accounts department. I was asked to email if the refund was in my account within 24hrs. Well 48 later and its still not in my account. They also have replied to my emails within 48hrs. I have passed this onto fair trading. Do not purchase with this company.
Made an order going on a week ago and have had no email confirming it. Money was taken out via PayPal, still waiting. Emailed days ago and no reply. Not happy at all, considering I was prepared to be a weekly /fortnightly customer of Chinese herbs.
Hi, I'm currently having this issue. I've emailed many times as the money left my account nearly 2 weeks ago but no contact. May I ask if your products arrived?

I ordered twice with this company, one was on 26th/Dec/2015, the second one was 1st/Jan/2016.
Neither one has any updates information. I don't know where are my orders, whether they are in transit? Or been back ordered ? Or what????
I have tried to send email to this company, no reply at all for at least 4 days.
They took my money so quickly when I made the payment, but never and ever have right attitude to customer?
I will wait for one more week, if still no reply from them, I will assume they are scamming!
