Re Appleby Real Estate

Rude and incompetent staff. We had rented a property for 4 years. The first 2 years the property was managed by a different agency and everything was smooth and wonderful (the property manager even stopped the yearly inspections as we kept the promises impeccable!). Our peace and quiet stopped the exact day Appleby Bayswater took over. From day one we received multiple text messages advising that our rent was behind (our rent had never ever been behind!)!?? From then it never really stopped: constantly annoying us with silly and unnecessary mails and emails. I guess it all escalated a few month ago when we asked for urgent repairs (heater broken!). It took for ever to fix (2 months!). A moldy blind was also to be replaced but that never happened... As the agent told us it was the heater or the blind (blind replacement cost as per Bunnings: $60): the landlord can't afford the lot (they did put our rent up though!). LOCALS BEWARE!!!!
This estate agency is a complete joke, avoid at all costs. I have just had a terrible experience with this agency and I will be warning all my friends and family to avoid like the plague

WORST SERVICE!no calls returned,no emails returned,no compassion the property management couldn't care about tenants once you've moved in!!highly don't recommend renting with them unless you wanted to be ignored and forgotten!!
