Worst real estate company that I've ever dealth with before. Extremely unprofessional with regards to handling my application which took them little less than a month to finally process it. And was totally ignorant about communication since they never contacted me back, replied to my emails. After that I had to call for the 3rd time to finally get through to the property manager, but only to be treated with disrespect and a frustrated tone while I was actually the one who was mistreated or more specifically, untreated at all even with several messages and emails left. I foresee an appalling future wherever I have issues with my rental property or even an answer to the slightest questions.

This is an extremely unprofessional agency. More concerned with amount of rental homes they can attain rather than actually managing properties well. We found the staff here, as well as principles of the agency to lack communication (they do not respond to emails or phone messages). inspections were not dont to a reasonable standard. Overall they had an appalling attitude towards managing properties and customer service.

I went to Remax and met Dean from the Lewis-Date Team. After talking to him explaining that I had previously had my house on the market with someone else, had very few prospective buyers and was told my value was much less than originally suggested, Dean assured me that his team could do much better and would sell the house in a fortnight.
The first week on the market they brought 18 people through, WITHIN 8 DAYS my house was under contract at a much higher price, than I'd been told by the first agency.

This real estate agent is a waste of time. They said in their rental flyer "first come first served basis". My mate and i were the first to apply and we had our documents ready. About to move in the next day when they said they rented the property to other people and they did this via SMS! So irresponsible of them. Do not put high hopes and do stay away from them!

The attitude of this real estate is a disgrace. The newly appointed property management staff will conduct a house inspection as though they are on a war path.. nothing is ever good enough, they will pick at the things that haven't been done...i:e a few bugs in the light fittings, but fail to notice the things that have been done that are not the tenants responsibility i:e cleaned gutters, pruned trees, pressure hosed concrete paths and driveways. The real estate fail to give the appropriate notice for house inspections and will turn up whenever it suits them.
